Once your order leaves our shop, it’s up to the mail carrier to get it to you. Please confirm the address associated with your order is correct in your order confirmation email and reach out to the carrier for further assistance. If they are unable to locate your package, we will figure out a solution!

Please email support@mcsquares.com to request a return authorization before sending your product back.We ask that you (the customer) cover the return shipping cost, and we'll refund you the purchase price minus shipping after we have received your return. We suggest return via trackable common carrier, and when packing your product, please include your name, address, and order number.

M.C. Squares is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall M.C. Squares be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience, or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.
The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.
M.C. Squares is not responsible for any loss of work (“down time”) caused by a product requiring service. This warranty is null and void if the defect or malfunction was due to damage resulting from operation not within manufacturer specifications. It will also be null and void if there are indications of misuse and/or abuse.

We warrant our durable products against manufacturing defects occurring within two years of use from the original ship date. We'll repair or replace defective parts on our dime, but all shipping fees both to and from M.C. Squares must be paid by the customer.

Our reusable Stickies and Planners stick best to shiny surfaces like plastic, stainless steel, metal, glass, ceramics, and whiteboards - they will not stick well to matte surfaces. We do not recommend sticking them to painted surfaces or walls, as they chemically bond to some sheens of paint.
We guarantee our Reusable Sticky Notes to withstand being written on, stuck to shiny surfaces, erased, and reused up to 2,000 times PER sticky note! In the unlikely event that you find your notes have worn out before using them 2,000 times, please refer to our product warranty policy above for more information on replacing your well-loved Stickies.
Our Reusable Sticky Notes stick using microsuction, as opposed to glue or adhesives. They are not intended to feel tacky to the touch, and won't leave residue behind. If they stop sticking well, the tiny pores in the backing may have picked up dust or debris as you’ve used them - but no worries! To clean the backing, run them under water and let them air dry. They'll stick like new!
To clean the front, wipe your writing away with a soft, damp cloth. We recommend our Spray and Wipe Kit, which includes both a microfiber cloth and a bottle of Squeaky Clean Whiteboard Spray. Microfiber cloths are a reusable alternative to paper towels that also absorb ink better, and our specially formulated cleaner includes ingredients that help maintain and condition the surface of your whiteboards while also sanitizing your products.
To clean the back, run them under water and let them air dry. They'll stick like new!
You do not need special pens to use our products, as long as they are wet or dry-erase.
Our wet-erase Tackie Markers allow you to take notes without smudging or accidentally erasing your writing! They erase easily with Squeaky Clean Whiteboard Spray or water and won’t leave any stains behind.
This is an easy fix! Please hold the tip of your dried marker under running water for a second, then replace the cap and shake the Tackie back and forth to revive its ink. You may also need to store it upside down for a little while. If that doesn't work, reach out and we'll get your Tackie trouble resolved.

Each of our reusable sticky notes are guaranteed to withstand two years of daily use and replaces at least 2,000 paper sticky notes, meaning each 6-pack of Stickies replaces 12,000 paper notes. We’re not 100% green, but we’re getting there - and doing everything we can to offset our carbon footprint as a company. Our materials are sourced domestically in the USA, and our reusable notepads and packaging are recyclable. We haven’t found the perfect materials for our reusable sticky notes and planners that meet our manufacturing requirements yet, but we’re constantly looking for more sustainable materials to use. Once we find a unicorn material that is functional, USA made, recyclable, and biodegradable, the world will know!
